Frequently Asked Questions

Because each permanent jewelry piece is custom-sized, cut, and welded specifically for you, permanent jewelry sales are final. If you believe there is a problem with your jewelry, please contact Calm Creations so I can review the situation and determine whether a repair or replacement is appropriate.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment whenever possible. Event, bridal, and private-party deposits may be subject to separate cancellation and rescheduling terms provided at booking.

Because handmade and customized products are created according to your selections, custom orders are final sale. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact Calm Creations promptly so I can address the issue.

Please contact Calm Creations as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging. I'll review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Processing time depends on the item, customization, and current order volume. Any estimated processing time is in addition to shipping time.

I'd be happy to help! Contact Calm Creations Permanent Jewelry directly with questions about jewelry, appointments, events, custom orders, or existing purchases.
